The Seller operates an online store via Webnode platform.

2. Scope of Activities

The Seller provides:

1. Sale of collectible trading cards (graded)

2. Intermediation of grading services via partner AP Grading

These Terms govern contracts concluded remotely via the online store.

3. Pricing & VAT Status

• The Seller is not a VAT payer under Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax.
  Prices do not include VAT.

  Invoices issued by the Seller contain the statement:
  "Dodávateľ nie je platiteľom DPH."

  EU Distance Selling Threshold

  If the total value of cross-border distance sales to consumers within the European Union exceeds €10,000 in a calendar year, the Seller reserves the right to:

  • Register for VAT,

  • Register for the EU One Stop Shop (OSS),

  • Adjust prices accordingly to comply with applicable tax regulations.

  Display of Multiple Currencies

  Prices on the website may be displayed in multiple currencies for informational purposes only.

  All purchase contracts are concluded in EUR.

  All payments are processed and charged exclusively in EUR.

  Currency conversions shown on the website are approximate and based on reference exchange rates. The final amount charged to the customer may differ depending on the exchange rate applied by the customer's bank or payment service provider at the time of transaction.

  The Seller is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.

  By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the final payment will be made in EUR.

  Customs & Import Charges

  For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply. These charges are borne entirely by the buyer.

4. Nature of Goods

Trading cards are:

• Collectible goods

• Subject to market fluctuations

• Often considered speculative assets

The Seller does not guarantee future market value or investment return.

5. Graded Cards & Condition Disclaimer

For graded cards:

• The grade is determined solely by the grading company identified on the encapsulation.

• The Seller is not responsible for subjective disagreement with grading results.

• Minor imperfections on protective slabs (micro-scratches, packaging wear) are not considered defects.

6. Grading Intermediation Services

When using grading services via AP Grading:

• The Seller acts solely as an intermediary.

• The grading outcome is entirely the responsibility of AP Grading.

• The Seller does not guarantee a minimum grade.

• The Seller is not liable for:

  • Grade assigned

  • Refusal to grade

  • Delays caused by grading partner

  • Market value impact of grading result

The customer confirms they are the lawful owner of submitted cards.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimer

The online store may display:

• Names of sports teams

• Names of players

• League names

• Trading card game titles

• Brand names and logos

All such names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to:

• The Pokémon Company

• National Basketball Association

• FIFA

The Seller:

• Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these entities.

• Uses names strictly for descriptive and identification purposes.

• Does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

All cards sold are genuine collectible products placed on the market lawfully.

8. Contract Formation

Product listings constitute an invitation to purchase.

Contract is formed upon order confirmation email.

• Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

Pricing errors

Stock issues

Suspected fraudulent activity

9. Payment Terms

Accepted methods include:

• Bank transfer

• Card payment

• Other payment gateways listed at checkout

Payment must be received before shipment unless agreed otherwise.

10. Delivery & Risk

Goods are shipped from Slovakia.

Estimated delivery times:

• Slovakia: 1–3 working days

• EU: 3–10 working days

• Worldwide: 7–21 working days

Risk transfers:

• To consumers → upon receipt

• To business customers → upon handover to carrier

High-value shipments may be insured up to the declared amount.

11. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reason.

Exceptions include:

• Custom grading services already submitted

• Services fully performed with prior consent

• Goods altered upon customer request

Returned graded cards must:

• Remain in original sealed slab

• Be undamaged

Customer bears return shipping unless agreed otherwise.

12. Complaints & Warranty

Legal warranty period for consumers: 24 months (where applicable).

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear

• Slab scratches

• Market price changes

• Subjective dissatisfaction with grading

Complaint handling period: maximum 30 days.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

• Investment losses

• Loss of profit

• Indirect damages

• Carrier delays

• Force majeure events

Liability cannot be excluded where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

• Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Slovak Republic.

16. Final Provisions

These Terms are valid from: 03.03.2026.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
