Order and Value Declaration
After purchasing the service, you will define the value of each card and choose a variant – either without insurance or with insurance (with the option to select a declared value).

Please carefully package your cards and secure them against damage. You can send them either by post to the address:

Shipment Consolidation
To optimize costs and process efficiency, we send consolidated shipments of cards to our partner grading company AP Grading in Germany 1–2 times per month.
Grading and Certification
Once received, each card undergoes professional grading and evaluation.
Return of Cards
After the grading process is completed, your cards will be returned to you together with their certification.
Important Information About the Process
Processing Time
The grading process may take several weeks to several months depending on workload and logistics.
In some cases, the entire process may take 3 months or longer.
Insurance Coverage
If the insured option is selected and the cards are lost or damaged during transport, the customer will be reimbursed up to the declared value.
The price of the grading service itself is included in the insured amount.
Responsibility for Shipping
The customer is responsible for ensuring the cards are safely delivered to us. We strongly recommend choosing a reliable shipping method and packaging the cards securely.
Non-Refundable Service
This is an intangible service, therefore once purchased it is not possible to withdraw from the contract or request a refund. By purchasing the service, the customer confirms that they understand and agree with all conditions and procedures.
Payment
Cash on delivery is not available for this product.
Final Grading Result
The grading result issued by the grading company is final and binding. After the evaluation has been completed, no objections or claims can be made regarding the grading result.
