Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Information

All goods are shipped from the Slovak Republic.

Orders are processed after full payment is received.

The estimated processing time is usually 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise for specific products.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging should be reported to the carrier at the time of receipt.

2. Shipping Methods

A) Packeta

For deliveries to:

• Slovakia

• Czech Republic

• Poland

• Romania

• Hungary

Shipping is provided via Packeta to pickup points or home delivery, depending on customer selection and availability.

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

B) Slovak Post (Slovenská pošta)

For all other countries, shipping is provided by:

• Slovenská pošta

Available shipping categories:

• Economy delivery

• Premium delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination country and selected service.

International delivery may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

The final shipping price depends on:

• Destination country

• Shipping method

• Parcel weight

• Selected service (Economy or Premium)

For orders with a total value exceeding 200 EUR, Premium shipping with tracking and enhanced delivery security is strongly recommended.

4. Risk of Loss

For consumers:

Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

For business customers:

Risk passes upon handover of goods to the carrier.

5. Insurance & High-Value Shipments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipments are insured only up to the compensation limits provided by the selected carrier.

For higher-value orders, customers are encouraged to select Premium shipping for enhanced tracking and delivery security.

If the customer requests additional insurance, this must be agreed upon before shipment and may incur additional cost.

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over.
