Withdrawal form

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form available for download below, but it is not mandatory.

After withdrawing from the contract, you must send the goods back within 14 days to the following address:
